Delivery Information

Placing an order? We can’t wait to unite you with your items! Please bear in mind, however, that delivery estimates are calculated from the time of dispatch, rather than from the moment you place your order. As each product is carefully picked and packed by hand, these estimates can vary, particularly during busy times of the year. So if your order isn’t dispatched straight away, don’t panic! We’re on it.

The majority of orders placed are processed and dispatched the next working day. In the event that we receive incomplete customer shipping information (e.g. no local contact phone number), order processing may take more time and shipments may be delayed.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Orders may require a signature upon receipt. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched, so please ensure that the contact number you provided is contactable by the courier, or that someone is available at the specified shipping address to accept your order.

In the event that the courier is unable to access your address and you are uncontactable during delivery, your parcel will be returned to us and your order may be cancelled. Any amount paid (minus delivery fees, if any) will be refunded to you.

Shipping Rates & Times (For Singapore addresses)

Just placed an order?

The delivery times below apply to all orders placed before 10am. For all orders placed after 10am, the following day is considered the first working day. Although we do our best to ensure all orders placed are processed, packed and dispatched on the day they are ordered, there are times where this may not be possible.

 Shipping charges are fixed for all orders regardless of weight:

  1. Standard Delivery (SGD $7)

-Delivery times: 1-4 working days. We apologise that we are not able to accept requests for, or guarantee, specific delivery times.

Standard Delivery is free for orders above SGD $70.

  1. Next Day Delivery (SGD $18)

-Delivery times: Before 11pm of the next working day. We apologise that we are not able to accept requests for, or guarantee, specific delivery times.

A cut-off time of 10am on Monday-Saturday (excluding Public Holidays) applies to all shipping options. If your order is placed after 10am of a Public Holiday, it will be processed on the next working day. If your order is placed after 10am of a Saturday, it will be processed the following working weekday.

Free Next Day Delivery upgrades:

A purchase of $200 and above qualifies your order for free Next Day Delivery. In this case, please choose the "Next Day Delivery" option during check-out so you will not be charged for delivery. Your order will automatically be processed for Next Day Delivery. 

All orders will require an accurate local contact number for the courier to contact you for delivery purposes. If you are not contactable and the delivery cannot be completed, you may be required to pay a re-delivery fee. 

All Standard Deliveries are handled by Ninjavan. Please note Ninjavan will only deliver from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. All free deliveries are applicable for orders shipping within Singapore only.

International Delivery

From October 2021, Lush Singapore will no longer ship orders internationally. Please visit our global site at https://www.lush.com/uk/en for a store that will ship to your address.

Payment Options 

You can use your credit / debit cards ( VISA and MasterCard ), your PayPal account or through PayNow (Singapore only) to purchase your favorite LUSH products. Shop away!

Ordering

 Everyone is allowed one customer account. You are more than welcome to send lots of Lush products as gifts to your friends, but they may live in a different address. All you need to do is complete a separate order for each different delivery address. Easy!

All customers must include their telephone numbers when they check out, as it is required for our couriers to make the deliveries.

Track Your Parcel

You should receive a tracking ID once your order has been dispatched. If you did not receive one, please email us at orders@lushsg.com with your order number.

Lush Singapore cannot be held liable for delays in deliveries, and refunds cannot be issued for orders that have already been dispatched.
