Our usual shipping fees will return from 3 Jan 2024.
We seek your understanding that delivery delays via Standard Delivery is expected and is outside of Lush Singapore's control, and Lush Singapore cannot process refunds for delays caused by the courier.
Lush Singapore uses on-demand delivery providers (Lalamove, GrabExpress) for Next Day Delivery(NDD) orders and we strive to get the orders to you within the day (if ordered before 10am), or by 11pm the next working day (if ordered after 10am). In rare situations where all delivery provider options are exhausted and delivery is not able to be completed within reasonable time, you will be contacted via phone or email.
