All exchanges, returns, or refund requests for items purchased through this website must first be e-mailed to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancellations with refunds can only be done before 10am on business days, for orders that have not yet been dispatched. Cancellation requests have to be sent to email@example.com, or communicated to us via Whatsapp Business (text message) at +65 8919 1831.
Where the products have already been delivered to you, we are unable to cancel the order and provide a refund. However, we can offer an exchange within 7 days of purchase for products that have not been used. These products can be exchanged with any of our other products of similar or higher value. The price difference, should the exchanged product be above the retail price of the initial product, will be required to be topped up by you. If you want to exchange your product for another product with higher value, this can be only done in store.
Please note that all items bought during a sale period are not valid for refund or exchange.
If your item is damaged, faulty, or different to how it was described, follow these easy steps within 7 days upon receiving your products:
Take a photo of the item(s) and the shipping box if item(s) is/are damaged.
Send the photo to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number
Our Customer Care team will contact you to arrange the return or refund of the product.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to process, and e-mail us at email@example.com if there is an extended delay.
