Revised Bring It Back Policy

From December 2025, customers can now bring any clean empty pot or bottle back to the store to receive a Bring It Back credit of $1 per item, up to a maximum of $10 per transaction (10 pots/bottles), redeemable with a minimum purchase of $20.
This change was introduced to encourage more customers to recycle their used pots and bottles while also providing an opportunity to save on their purchases.
This implementation was communicated via our newsletter, we are no longer active on our social media accounts as part of a major campaign which involves withdrawing from major social media platforms (like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) due to concerns over user mental health, data privacy, addictive algorithms, and the platforms' negative impact, aiming to promote real-world connections and ethical tech use instead.
They've focused on owned channels (apps, newsletters, in-store) and supported digital rights. You may find us on Telegram or newsletter for latest updates :)
